Eating Characteristics: This stunning acorn squash variety known as Celebration, has a superior, sweet taste with nutty undertones, similar to butternut squash. The skin is edible and generally becomes soft when cooked.
Best Uses: roasting, soups, sauces, or cut in half and stuff with filling to form edible bowls with individual servings
Curing: This squash can be eaten right from the field and should not be cured.
Storage Life: 2 to 3 months in cool dry conditions, 10-15ºC at 50-70% humidity.
